Terms of Service

1. The Service

AIRewards connects advertisers with users of AI tools through lightweight, text-only sponsored messages. Earners install our browser extension and receive a revenue share for sponsored impressions they view; advertisers pay to reach relevant audiences. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You authenticate via a third-party provider (GitHub) and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Earnings & Payments

Earners accrue a revenue share for qualifying sponsored impressions, credited to an in-app wallet and recorded on a transparent ledger. Earnings are denominated in micro-amounts and may be withdrawn once you meet the published minimum threshold and complete any required verification. We may adjust, reverse, or withhold earnings that result from fraud, error, or abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automation, or other means to generate fraudulent impressions or clicks.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the extension or ad-serving logic.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate earnings or referral programs.
• Run advertisements that are unlawful, deceptive, or violate our content policies.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AIRewards and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Advertisers retain ownership of their ad content and grant us a license to serve it.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or earnings, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.
